This is a NO FLAT BUTT ZONE! If you want a naturally toned pelvic floor, a strong walking gait, and beautifully stacked upright alignment then squatting, in its many versions, is how you’re going to get there. In this class, we will explore the proper techniques for squatting, unravel muscle bound areas of the legs, feet, pelvis and help you begin to incorporate many versions of this ideal way of movement into your everyday life. This class is for everyone who wants a strong stable body and healthy pelvic floor.
