The number of people suffering from pain in the neck and shoulders due to extensive work at a computer or hovering over a cell phone is increasing daily. More than ever, a sedentary lifestyle contributes to poor posture, stiffness, injury, and joint pain. In this class, we will use specially designed exercises to create strength and mobility in these key areas of the body. We will discuss why spine mobility is so important, how it affects your shoulders in everyday life, and what you can do about it.
